Tony joined Marcus & Millichap in September 1986 first as an agent in the Encino office and is now situated out of the West Los Angeles office. His product specialty is in multifamily and retail investments and he is a Senior Director in the National Multi Housing Group and a Director of both the National Retail Group and Special Assets Services. In July 1992, Tony was inducted as a Senior Investment Associate and in July 2003, he was promoted to Vice President Investments. He was elected to the prestigious designation Senior Vice President Investments in January 2008. Tony was the No. 6 investment associate in the firm in 2009 and he has been a Top 20 agent in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He has reached the Chairman’s Club achievement level four times, and became a member of the firm’s exclusive Seven-Figure Club in December 1993. He has consistently earned sales recognition awards throughout his Marcus & Millichap career and showcases many of these awards in his office.
Tony obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis in accounting. He enjoys spending time with his two children, Gianna and Davina. Tony also enjoys traveling and a wide array of outdoor activities.
Michael Madadi is the Attorney Director of Pre-Litigation at BD&J. He has spent his career fighting for the rights of everyday people. Founded in 1985, UCLA Pow Wow is the second largest student-organized event on campus. A pow wow is a gathering of people from across different tribal backgrounds to express themselves in traditional and contemporary dance, songs and social activities. UCLA Pow Wow is an especially important social celebration that invites the campus community to join the larger American Indian community of Los Angeles and beyond. This event is crucial to American Indian Student Association’s (AISA) mission to inform UCLA students about the Native community on campus and to correct negative stereotypes about American Indian people in society.
This compelling documentary highlights the untold stories of eight Iranian Americans in the San Francisco Bay Area, weaving together personal narratives from both Iran and the United States. Co-directed by Persis Karim, the film offers a poetic and multifaceted perspective that challenges the predominance of negative media portrayals.
The documentary delves into the experiences of the Bay Area's Iranian diaspora, exploring how their lives and work were shaped by this unique region, while also showcasing their profound contributions to its cultural and social fabric. Featuring rare archival footage, the film presents a rich and layered narrative that brings new depth to our understanding of this community.
Following the screening, a moderated Q&A session will be held with co-director Persis Karim and Amy Landau, the director of education and interpretation at the Fowler Museum.

Responsibilities include:
