We are looking for a full-time experienced Legal Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information to begin building a case.
Opening new claims with insurance company, working closely with insurance company and clients to settle property damage portion of cases.
Consistent follow up with clients to ensure that they are undergoing recommended medical care.
Assist Case Managers as necessary with tasks pertaining to managing open cases.
Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
Spanish speaking is a plus
