When our new clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. The job requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the root of the issue.
If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating positive client experiences. This important position involves the complete administrative duties related to client intake and retention, from that initial call to opening up the case in our Case Management Database.
