From November 13th to 16th, 2025, this empowering four-day event will bring together legal professionals, scholars, activists, and students dedicated to advancing Black liberation through the law. Engage in dynamic panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities with leading voices in the legal field.
This conference is a space for education, strategy, and action—designed to inspire and equip the next generation of legal warriors committed to justice and equity for Black communities.

The National Conference of Black Lawyers (NCBL) is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 volunteer-driven legal advocacy organization established in 1968 as a bar association to support progressive Black lawyers. NCBL’s membership consists of judges, law students, lawyers, legal activists, legal workers, and scholars who provide a rich diversity of experiences and leadership. Our mission is: "To protect human rights, to achieve self-determination of Africa and African Communities and to work in coalition to assist in ending the oppression of all peoples."
