About DFWBMW WALK AND TALKS

Welcome to the DFWBMW Walk and Talks! Join us on every 2nd Saturday for our North Dallas Walk! We walk in 3 central areas. The focus of this walk is to put the emphasis on DFW black moms WALKING. We are not a regular walking group, we walk to empower our community. We focus on mental health and support. This is a safe space for moms to meet other likeminded women with their children and not walk alone. We have 9 walk leaders around the DFW area that are our community mentors and a walking example of sisterhood. We hope to see you offline!
